Treatment technology of the wastewater with high salinity and high concentration organic compounds

SDEEC treats the wastewater with high salinity and high concentration organic contents in advanced concentration-incineration technology. Firstly, the wastewater which comes from acrylonitrile or butyl acrylate plants concentrated and recycle the crystal salt. The vaporing waste steam is decomposed by the catalytic oxidation system. The concentrated wastewater is pumped into the incinerator, and is decomposed into innocuous CO2, H2O, N2 in high efficiency redox. The high temperature gas from the incinerator is removed salt and dust, recycled the heat energy in the exhaust-heat boiler,  and then blew it into the chimney.

   Technical   Features

Ø    Concentreating the wastewater and removing crystal salt, preventing the  polymeric block of evaporator.

Ø    Concentrating the wastewater and removing crystal salt, increasing the heating value of wastewater, and blow the vaporing waste steam into the catalytic oxidation system(non fuel consumption), so the fuel consumption is reduced greatly.

Ø    Concentrating  the wastewater can recycle lots of byproducts so can reduce the total contamination discharge of the off-gas enormously.

Ø    Incinerating the wastewater in regeneration redox technology, high efficiency, low discharge concentration, reducing the fuel consumption enormously.

Ø    Taking high efficiency atomizing nozzle and regeneration Incinerator, to decompose the organic compounds of wastewater in correspondingly low temperature, preventing the equipments and pipes blocked by melting salt.

Ø    Removing salt and dust insure continuous working of the exhaust-heat boiler in long time.

Ø    Combining the thermal incineration and the catalytic oxidation system which don’t consume fuel, to reduce the fuel consumption enormously.
